Mission Statement

The Lighthouse Church was established to …
   *Meet the needs of people 
   *Introduce them to Christ 
   *Disciple them to Christian maturity 
   *Send them out to serve 
   *Provide a place where we may all come together to worship

Statement of Faith
The Lighthouse Church was founded on these beliefs and this is our statement of faith.

     *There is one God, creator of all things, who has revealed Himself in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
     *The Bible is the inspired, infallible, authoritative word of God.
     *The love and grace of God is extended to every person in the provision of Jesus Christ made in His death and resurrection.
     *By turning from our own selfishness and trusting Jesus Christ, we experience a new life, being freed from the old patterns of self-destructive acts called, “Sin.”
     *Through the power of the Holy Spirit we are able to overcome the daily struggles of life, know the peace which surpasses all understanding, and live a life pleasing to God.
     *As followers of Jesus Christ, we commit ourselves to love, holiness and unity.
     *All who have truly placed their faith in Christ Jesus are eternally secure in their salvation, kept by God’s power, sealed in Christ forever!

Core Values of The Lighthouse Church
Christians/disciples need to have some core values if they want to grow and help those they lead to grow.  Clearly stated values of the church to which the people belong can help the leader and the led clarify their personal values.
